Sales Executive

At QiSpace, we are currently looking for a sales executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing sales and client relationships in our Norway / Nordic market. We want the ideal candidate to have proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. You should be skilled in building on existing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within your accounts. You’ll be a proactive and driving force of our growing sales team, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. We welcome you to analyse and question the status quo, as well as to contribute with ideas and initiatives. Analytical and foresight skills are highly called for. 

Objectives of this Role
  • Investigate, develop and own the sales process on the Norwegian market, and potentially the Nordic market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Oversee and achieve organisational goals while upholding best practices
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Perform prospecting activities such as market research, cold calling and networking
  • Participate in brainstorming, cross-team staff meetings and client meetings, researching and scoping user needs from existing clients and new prospects
  • Be structured and can follow up complex sales cycles with various stakeholders, and be able to illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales quota
  • Hand over established customers to Customer Success Manager to continue the entire customer journey
  • Follow up with clients regularly to seek for up-sell opportunities
  • Use and keep the company’s CRM database up-to-date
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development related job in real estate industry
  • Several years of experience in negotiating and closing deals
  • Result-oriented and high-achiever who can work towards monthly quota goals
  • Experienced selling into property developers and the property industry
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS sales
  • Highly experienced with CRM tools (especially HubSpot)
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent skills in scalable ways of research and prospecting
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services
  • Proficiency in digital skills, with aptitude to learn systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relationship builder with the ability to drive the whole sales process to closing deals
  • Great communicator via telephone, emails and social media with the goal of high activity and meeting rates
  • Great problem-solving mindset, and not afraid of facing challenges
  • Enterprise software sales experience is a bonus
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses

Full Stack Web Developer

Customer Success Manager

We need our CSM to do:

  • Bridging the communication between the customer and QiSpace

3D Software Engineer

Key features of our new 3D software engineer:

Wanted experience:

  • Knowledge and proficient application of 3D, math, rendering algorithms, and data structures
  • Understanding of procedurally generated 3D
  • Ability to work with photorealistic rendering techniques, including complex lighting models and Path Tracing.
  • Able to tightly optimize code, by for example using multiple CPU cores efficiently and using the GPU to solve complex problems quickly
  • Various rendering frameworks and engines, such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Cesium, WebGL, Direct3D, OpenGL
  • Good understanding of shader programming, especially GLSL and Vulkan.
  • Ability to integrate code with cloud based solutions for asset loading and persistence

3D Artist

Our new 3D Artist will:

  • Set up environment / interior scenes using Blender, Unity3d and internal tools.
  • Be responsible for populating and maintaining QiSpace’s repository with photo-realistic PBR assets both for interior and exterior.
  • Perform coordination and QA on assets that are outsourced to third party companies.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must be experienced with 3D asset creation pipelines (modellering, uv unwrapping, pbr materials, texture baking, exporting, etc.).
  • Good understanding of making photorealistic renders using Path Tracing and other render technologies, making sure materials and lighting is optimal.
  • Generally structured and organized in regards to naming conventions, parenting hierarchy, etc.
  • Experience with procedurally based modelling is a plus.
  • An interest in interior design and visualization is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting in Python, C# is a plus.
  • Must be able to work from our office in Oslo, Norway alongside the rest of our 3D team.
